CC Properties is a full-service property management and real estate brokerage company that provides services in Sioux City, the greater Siouxland area and South Sioux City. We started in 2008 with our own properties and learned the attention to detail needed to be successful. Since then we have expanded our services publicly and have been dedicated to doing our best every day for our clients and tenants alike.
We’re committed to providing high-quality rental services, from cozy apartments to spacious family homes. We prioritize our tenants and believe that happy tenants make for successful rental properties. Our experienced team takes the time to get to know our tenants and their unique needs.
In addition to our rental services, we offer a wide range of property management services, including property maintenance, marketing, tenant screening, and lease negotiations. As a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a Certified Negotiation Specialist, Christy maintains the highest standards of professionalism in the industry. She serves on the Sioux City Board of Realtors and is actively involved in local charities and community organizations. With Christy's leadership and expertise, CC Properties has become a thriving business that provides a wide range of property management and rental services to clients throughout the Sioux City area. Michelle has been part of the CC Properties team since 2011, after previously spending 15 years in banking. She has been a licensed Realtor for 10 years. In 2022, Michelle obtained her Broker's License, further expanding her knowledge and expertise in the real estate and property management fields. Michelle is married to her husband Tom and is a proud mother of three boys. In her free time, she is actively involved with the Siouxland Autism Support Group and helps plan the Annual Siouxland Autism Walk, a fundraising event to support local families affected by Autism. Through her hard work, dedication, and community involvement, Michelle has established herself as a respected member of the Siouxland community. She looks forward to continuing to provide exceptional property management services to her clients and making a positive impact in the community.

Sam is the newest addition to the team, joining us in 2022 when he moved to Sioux City with his lovely wife Sarah and their two sons Thomas and Henry. He was born and raised in small town Iowa (Conrad) where he gained a love for Iowa values and a passion for community. Sam spent the past decade living out that passion by working with several non-profits, being active in the Hudson Chamber of Commerce, and through foster care. Sam is excited to bring that same passion for others with him to the western side of the sate as he helps others find the perfect community and home for them.
